About this class
Our Kaia Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. The barre is used frequently to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. After each muscle group has been targeted, you will be lead through a series of stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover.

How to prepare
Please bring athletic shoes, some water, and a smile :) We recommend bringing your yoga mat to our yoga classes, we have extra if needed. If you have any questions prior to your class contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How to get there
Kaia FIT is located at the intersection of South Public Rd and Cleveland St. Our parking lot is shared with The Little Herbal Apothecary. If the lot is full there is plenty of street parking.
