HIIT 30 Short on time but still need your workout? HIIT 30 is an intense, pocket-size workout that takes Interval Training to a new level. Designed to give you maximum results without spending hours in the gym.  This 30 minute class covers so many energy systems -  strength, cardio, endurance, agility, speed, core-strength, functional and explosive moves - we can't list them all. A challenging and super fun workout!  Come and get your sweat on..... (All levels but intense).

I really like fast (in terms of length of workout) HIITs, and this was just right! Amanda Jane is a great teacher, very motivating, and friendly. She is also very good at teaching form and was always on the lookout for proper alignment throughout class. I’m hoping to make this one a regular.

Amanda was super nice but the class wasn’t as challenging as other HIIT classes. I hardly broke a sweat!

Micheal is the best. He’s kind, informative and very supportive when someone’s form is out of wack. I enjoy the express workout because he packs a punch if getting a full body workout in a half hour.

How to prepare

***First-timers please arrive 10 mins early to fill out waivers. No one permitted in after the start of class - NO EXCEPTIONS - it is disruptive to class so we thank you for understanding. No cell phones and please be nice to our turf and wipe your feet. Classes are extremely difficult and they are a studio that stresses form - please do not take it personally if you are corrected - just be willing to learn and work hard. Water, towels, hair ties and tampons provided. Changing room, bathroom and shower.

How to get there

By subway: Take the R Train to Union we are right below 3rd Avenue. Can also take the B63, B37 or B103. *Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time*

What is ClassPass?
