The movement was a perfect balance of flow, strength, and stretch. Seanna gave students lots of options on how to modify poses to suit individual needs. After class, she helped a student that was struggling with a pose. I was impressed as she explained the nuances of the pose and demonstrated, then she had the student try it. I think we all stayed behind to watch, it was like a mini-workshop!

I sign up with her because she is a wonderful instructor and at about 25 minutes I convince myself I'm not signing up for a class with her again. She pushes you because she believes in you more than you might believe in yourself. I always leave her classes feeling proud of what I accomplished and for pushing myself, even if "hated" her half way through the class. Cycle Bar has the best atmosphere and community support I've experienced in any workout environment. Highly recommend Ali, but all of the instructors are friendly, supportive, and encouraging.
