About this class

The Well Back class will focus on how to recruit the necessary muscles, to develop support for your spine and relieve your back, hips and neck stress. This class will bring awareness to correcting postural issues and how to unwind habitual patterns that cause tension. This class is limited to 12 people only and will focus on each individual's unique modifications and needs. This is a suitable restorative Pilates mat class open to people of all levels.
