About this class

Our high intensity interval training (HIIT) class will move you through 5 power stations including TRX, weights, gliders, plyo-boxes, and core balls. Short active recovery breaks in between will keep your heart rate high and the quality of your workout at a maximum. The sequences change every month, so the workout — and the challenge — stays fresh. (Sneakers required.)

How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. NEW GUESTS should show up at least 10 minute prior to class to get acquainted with the workout. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after class start time. No late entrants in exhale HIIT.

I really liked Rachael as an instructor. Don’t let the exhale in the name fool you, it’s a straight up HIIT class. A little cramped in the space but time flew by and I was dripping sweat by the end. Would go again for sure

They stuff the classes with people. Also, the instructor would count up for the last five seconds instead of down and it drove me crazy! It might be nit picky but i got really confused when she would say 1!...2,3,4, done

What is ClassPass?
