About this class

Barre class is fun and empowering, set to today's hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training. ToeSox required—NO bare feet or street socks permitted!!!

This barre class was awesome! The instructor gave excellent cues and differentiated for a variety of fitness levels. I never got bored and it was an excellent workout.

Rose was a great instructor, explained all of the moves thoroughly and individualized to each student. She had my calves and core burning for sure!

Definitely a workout! The studio is gorgeous (and gets beautiful light), and the instructors/staff were so positive and nice. I would definitely come back.

Everyone was really nice and welcoming! I liked the variety in the workout, but overall it wasnt all that challenging. I might go back and try their other classes though.
