I can just as easily hear him say, “We have three stations…” as “Please welcome to the main stage…” it’s a gift, and RVD keeps giving. (BTW, I have no first-hand knowledge what a men’s club emcee sounds like. I only know from the that one movie I saw. I think it was ET.)

The instructor did an amazing job keeping us in positions to really feel the burn for up to 15 seconds, compared to others who tend to speed through. She emphasized sharp posture and fully engaging the target muscles, instead of adding multiple movements at once, which I found much more effective. I especially appreciated the five minutes of stretching at the end—it made the class feel complete and balanced. Her motivating voice and perfectly leveled music were the cherry on top!

I had a really hard time getting my bike set up and my shoes clipped in, and it took two additional staff members to help get it right. I missed the first few minutes of class because of this. For me, this means I'll likely avoid coming to classes on weekdays to avoid the stress of trying to get everything set up in the dark.

Honestly, I was intimidated going in because they say it’s their most advanced class and the other classes are already challenging as it is. Idk it’s hard to explain but it was just like not super relevant to the workout which annoys me. I think small blips of motivation is fine but when it becomes a ted talk it’s too much. But sequence was solid.. I don’t love doing 3 lunges back to back for my hip flexors but it was effective and I think he’ll be good (not sure if he’s new)
