About this class

DEFINE body is a perfectly balanced 60-minute class of strength and flexibility. This empowering and results-focused class combines Pilates, yoga, ballet and core strengthening to target all the major muscle groups. They isolate and tone the arms, legs, glutes and abdominals by using a ball, barre, strap, mat and small hand weights. Their supportive instructors focus on proper alignment and form to help each of their clients look and feel their best.

What is ClassPass?
