These CrossFit classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, ranging from beginner to advanced. In this CrossFit class you can expect to do a little bit of everything from body weight training, to weight lifting and cardio vascular endurance. All classes are coached by an experienced trainer and include a warm up and cool down.
