About this class

Boot camps are a unique experience at COR. Our sessions focus on overall health, injury prevention, goal attainment, enjoyment, and community building. Each boot camp session begins with 15 minutes of injury prevention/rehabilitation, followed by a dynamic warm-up to heat up the body. Once each individual is warmed-up, COR boot camps provide a systematic, closely monitored program ranging from resistance training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), oxidative (aerobic training), balance training, team building, and much more. We finish each COR boot camp with a cool-down, relaxing and energizing the body. COR instructors will utilize their knowledge in biomechanics, orthopedics, physiology, and kinesiology to ensure a safe, effective, efficient workout.The COR boot camp offers complimentary monthly screening and goal setting, ensuring goal achievement and injury prevention. This session helps us individualize our programs even in a group setting!

I enjoyed the workouts, which you do at your own pace. Everyone has their own workouts but we all use the same space, while Dr. Sam and Gaby, the intern, goes around giving instruction and great feedback. A warm, encouraging environment!

The trainers are nice and are great at helping your form. A bit loose in terms of workout accountability so be sure to bring some self-motivation.

This is more like working out on your own against a workout list in a group setting with oversight by a trainer. Good focus on form, great to have someone else think through your weight training sequence.

A little strange that you chose from workouts and could potentially be doing a workout by yourself but I suppose it allows for flexibility to do exercises you’re more comfortable with.

On top of a great workout, I got a physical therapists free diagnosis to treat some nagging injuries!

What is ClassPass?
