How to prepare

Wear sneakers and workout attire! We provide towels. All new students must arrive 15 minutes early to get oriented to the chair. **You will be turned away from class if you do not arrive on time.** If it is your first chair class you must also arrive 15 minutes early. If you are a new client or new to the chair you will be turned away if you do not arrive on time or get an equipment introduction. If you are a returning client you will be turned away if you are more than 5 min late for class.

Great workout, but some moves were simply too hard and zero adjustments were offered. It was fun and went by quickly, but I found that the bungees KILLED the insides of my hands. I also would have appreciated a warmup stretch.

This was a super difficult class, and Im so glad I went. Kendrick was a gem and modified many of the exercises for me. Veronica was also so sweet and helpful when I arrived. Overall, a great experience and Ill definitely return.

I ended up being the only one in the class and Kendrick was very kind and informative and hands on. Love this studio - the classes are very doable but challenging in a good way

Not for beginners! This is probably a great class if you are relatively in-shape, but as an out-of-shape woman trying to get back into exercise, this was extremely difficult for one of my first classes! Couldn't do some of the moves... overall, it is a hard, pilates-based workout with very nice instructors, and an extremely clean facility

Freaking hard (or maybe I am just completely lacking core strength). Fun and interesting- never done anything quite like it. Not sure if I will go back but definitely a cool experience.
