This class was excellent, very nice mix between strength and conditioning. The instructor took the time to show the moves and there is an emphasis on quality as a post to just killing yourself. Be sure to check the schedule in advance for which body part is being worked on a particular day. Also the locker room locker us do not have locks so be sure to bring your own

I’ve been here a few times now. Instructors are nice, regulars offer helpful advice to keep workouts moving efficiently and the actual workouts are great. If you have some experience using the barbell like in their B | FIT class, you will adapt quickly. B | X classes are good for everyone. No CrossFit for class-passers. However, compared to other studios, it’s also not the most welcoming to new members which is surprising for a place with a lot of regulars. Lockers are small and shallow which makes them impractical. Upstairs area always smells. Despite the negatives, it’s a very solid place to workout with others in a class setting.

How to prepare

All levels are welcome. Bring your sneakers, water, passion and excitement for fitness and they will do the rest! BRICK does provide towels for the showers. Please bring your own lock for lockers if desired as the lockers do not have locks built into them!

What is ClassPass?
