How to prepare

All levels are welcome. Bring your sneakers, water, passion and excitement for fitness and they will do the rest! BRICK does provide towels for the showers. Please bring your own lock for lockers if desired as the lockers do not have locks built into them!

Great workout, lots of different exercises so it didn’t get boring. Good instruction from Katie, and cool to work as a team.

WOW. Not sure if the polar vortex also had something to do with this, but tonight was a total lung burner! 4 stations, 8 mins each broken into EMOM / AMRAP style for 4 rounds at each station: Run .2 + Clean to press Row 15 cals + jump squats 5 devil press + v ups Bike 15 cals + KB Swings Most students ended up modifying the B component, as did I, just Bc solely doing v ups or jump squats for total of 4 mins each is downright boring. That said, I turned this it a true full body workout by incorporating goblet squats, DL, side plank work, oblique Mtn climbers + lunges. Otherwise, the A cardio component goals were on point - if you hustled, you were giving yourself 15-20 seconds of quick rest before starting the next move. I was totally gassed by the end of class!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
