About this class

Train like a fighter. Mixed with elements of modern day training, boxing focuses on traditional technique, mechanics and intensity. Guided through a 30-minute workout, elements of body weight exercises are combined with heavy bag work using a variety of punch combinations. Boxing enhances cardiovascular health, improves total body strength, betters hand-eye coordination, decreases stress, improves body composition, improves self-confidence, and lowers body fat percentage. This class was was 30 minutes of moving. Very upbeat. My first time boxing so I had no idea what to expect, but the instructor gave the first timers a brief orientation and helped us along the way.

Nice, big, bathrooms to change in! The music was great and Brandon was such a good instructor! Encouraging but not overbearing. The space is a bit tight but it’s one of the best workouts I’ve had in a while

Really intense 25 minutes or so! Wouldn’t recommend for complete beginners because there is not a lot of room for instruction. But it’s a great way to break a sweat and let out stress for a short time.

What is ClassPass?
