About this class

Join Carole for a special Belly Yoga class with the Midwives from Baby+Co. The Midwives will stick around after class to chat about Midwifery model of care and answer any questions you may have. A comprehensive Prenatal Yoga class focused on preparing women physically, mentally and emotionally for the beautiful process of childbirth and motherhood. This class will increase strength, physical and mental endurance, flexibility, breath and body awareness, while reducing fatigue and improving relaxation. Prenatal Yoga also helps reduce back pain and other common ailments associated with pregnancy such as nausea, tights hips, and heartburn.

It felt great to be around other pregnant women and to have the instructor be sensitive to the fact that we may need to change things up depending on how we feel. It wasnt a hard class necessarily - I never really sweat and didnt feel super tired after, but it felt good to move and stretch.

What is ClassPass?
