About this class

For the belle + barre cardio junkies, we offer an intensive HIIT routine to take your workout to a new level. The goal of this 50 minute session is to increase your heart rate through various high intensity cardio intervals. After a light cardio warmup you'll alternate between strength and cardio exercises, with short periods of rest and recovery, and completed by a stretch and cold towel. This class occurs in a warm (~78/80 degree) room.

How to prepare

Belle + Barre will supply you with a bottle of water and mat, though you are free to bring your own. Grip socks are required and towels are suggested. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class so your instructor can provide an introduction of what to expect. After 5 minutes, there will be no entry. Regretfully, expectant mothers are not able to participate in the heated class offering. This is not your traditional barre workout!!! The B+B format is non-stop and works to increase and maintain an elevated heart rate throughout class.

How to get there

We're located on the West Side of 1st Avenue, tucked away to the side of the street between Washington and University Ave. Street parking is generally available, and there are spots (labeled Reserved) which are free for clients to park in during class hours.

What is ClassPass?
