How to prepare

No experience required. Barre3 classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. The studio supplies all props needed. Barre3 encourages new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor. Barre3 New Orleans - Downtown is a beautifully appointed space equipped with a fitness boutique and two changing rooms. For your class needs, the studio provides towel service and purified water.

How to get there

Barre3 Downtown is located in the Central Business District near the French Quarter and Warehouse District. There is ample street parking and a parking structure directly across the street. The entrance to the parking garage is on O'Keefe Ave.

I’ve taken barre3 classes before but this one left a little to be desired. I prefer more cardio blasts and the house music felt a little low energy for me. Probably better if you’re looking for more of a Pilates muscle toning vibe
