Level 2 Flying Yoga combines the acrobatics of more challenging yoga & hammock postures with the conditioning and toning of aerial yoga. Students do not need any previous experience to attend, but this class does require a higher level of strength and fitness. If you are new to fitness, returning to fitness after a break, or new to using fabric, please check out some of our other ALL LEVEL class times. They are a great place to get started with your aerial journey. What to wear/bring: Snug fitting shirt (nothing baggy as it gets tangled)Capri pants/tights/leggings. NO SHORTSNo jewelry, lotions or heavy perfumesPlease keep your nails trimmed to avoid snagging the fabric. The silks REALLY absorb odors, so please observe proper personal hygiene and arrive showered and with deodorant as a courtesy to the next participantWaterPlease arrive 10 minutes early to all aerial yoga classes so your hammock can be customized to your height. You may be denied entry if you arrive after class has started. This is for your own safety.
