About this class

This is a 50-minute mixed-level flow class linking movements and power postures with the breath and hammock. AIR® Flow fuses basic to advanced yoga poses with aerial hammocks to allow for a full body stretch that increases flexibility beyond what traditional yoga provides. Creative sequencing and transitions create opportunities to build strength, coordination and mental poise. This class is great for all levels - modifications and advanced cues will be given so that students can practice to their personal edge. There is a 250 lb weight limit.

The hammocks are way too close together. I was nearly kicked in the face several times. And I feel bad because I did kick the girl behind me several times.

Loved this class! You can make it as simple or difficult as you want. I never felt judged or out of my element and was able to flow along with the basic yoga movements. Laying in the silk at the end was definitely my favorite and I greatly enjoyed the peace it brought me. I will be back!

What is ClassPass?
