About this class
Vinyasa Flow Yoga links postures (asanas) in an intelligent flow guided by breath (pranayama). Each class is unique but may include sun salutations, standings and seated postures, balances, forward and back bends and twists, completed by a short relaxation (shavasana). Yoga philosophy is lightly and playfully layered to the physical practice leading to a greater sense of self awareness. Benefits of this practice include strength and flexibility of both the body and mind, clearer and stronger mindset and reduced stress and anxiety. This class can be a challenging workout initially, however leaves you in a delicious state of well being and will help you progress at your pace each week.
