Muscular Efficiency at ADAPT Training
About this class
Instructed by one of our licensed therapeutic practitioners, Muscular Efficiency Classes are designed to introduce structural demand and performance in a group setting. During these hour-long classes an increased emphasis is placed on restoring joint function, establishing proper movement patterns and safely introducing dynamic movement to individuals’ bodies. By providing clients an opportunity to be with a therapeutic instructor, we are able to provide a more controlled environment that allows for corrections and individual adjustments to be made. Throughout the week, classes are further delineated into specific focuses of Dynamic Strength, Dynamic Endurance, Dynamic Balance or Dynamic Range of Motion.

Towels are available for rental. The floor is padded, so you don't need to bring mats unless you really want one.
