About this class

Instructed by one of our licensed therapeutic practitioners, Muscular Efficiency Classes are designed to introduce structural demand and performance in a group setting. During these hour-long classes an increased emphasis is placed on restoring joint function, establishing proper movement patterns and safely introducing dynamic movement to individuals’ bodies. By providing clients an opportunity to be with a therapeutic instructor, we are able to provide a more controlled environment that allows for corrections and individual adjustments to be made. Throughout the week, classes are further delineated into specific focuses of Dynamic Strength, Dynamic Endurance, Dynamic Balance or Dynamic Range of Motion.

Muscular Efficiency
This was definitely a time slot for Strength Efficiency, apparently something is out of sync between their system and ClassPass. So this review is for Strength Efficiency, which is an excellent class! The people complaining about it being too easy aren't making the most of their controlled range of motion. Good playlist, pretty large group.

The efficiency class is definitely for a slightly older crowd. I wish that had been specified.

This class is more stretching and great for people who need muscle/joint rehab. But for me, it wasn't as upbeat as I was expecting and wanting.

What is ClassPass?
