challenging and fun!
Aerial Yoga- STRENGTH with Ashley
Kind of a mix between TRX and aerial acrobatics. Unique and fun way to build strength. I probably wouldnt recommend it for complete beginners to aerial yoga/ ppl unfamiliar with aerial hammocks.

Love aerial yoga, Im a new addict!
Aerial Yoga- STRENGTH with Olivia
Olivia was born to teach. I have been practicing yoga for years and have never tried aerial yoga. It was challenging, but felt really amazing. Olivia was hands on and always gave modifications. She even dimmed the lights for us.
Aerial Yoga- STRENGTH with Ashley
Good class, mostly strength building exercises incorporating the hammock that seem accessible to a variety of levels. Probably could have used some stretching beforehand bc I ended up straining my shoulder.
Aerial Yoga- STRENGTH with Ashley
Challenging moves but a lot of fun to see what your body can do!
Aerial Yoga- STRENGTH with Olivia
Olivia was a great instructor I really enjoyed this class
Aerial Yoga- STRENGTH with Olivia
it was good, but since this is my first class it's a bit hard for me.
Aerial Yoga- STRENGTH with Kelsie
I have been to several aerial classes around town. This time I was hoping for more interaction with the fabric. There wasn't many poses with the fabric. Like tree pose. There wasn't much inversion. It was sit ups, push ups and Pilates like exercises where the fabric supported your wrists and ankles.
Aerial Yoga- STRENGTH with Olivia
Great mix of stretching and strengthening
