About this class

This class will give you a full body workout. Instructors focus on cardio, core strengthening, kickboxing and boxing fundamentals, as well as high intensity interval training! Class is 30 minutes with 9 circuit stations. You will have 3 minutes at each station.

Great workout and love how you are doing something different every time.

Very disorganized and not warming for a 1st timer. When I arrived for the 6:30 class, I stood in the doorway at least 7 minutes before someone noticed me. Even after indicating it was my 1st time, there was very little assistance on explaining each station/concept to me. I would get to a station and then someone would run over to try to assist. Not my idea of walking me through the process as a newbie. Very disappointed!

Not enough support for a first timer... They should fix the storefront lights it was hard to find the place.... I went inside and waited for about 5 minutes before anyone came over to assist me... The only thing that saved me from walking out was because of the support from the woman trainer... she was Awesome!
