About this class

This is a full-body exercise routine that when practiced faithfully, yields numerous benefits; increased overall lean muscle strength and flexibility, coordination, body alignment and posture all improve; balance and core muscles are tightened to help you move better, spinal flexibility and shoulder girdle stability are increased to keep your bodies strong and toned. Knowledge of the Reformer and Wunda Chair movements are strongly advised. If you are new to this class, please consider taking advantage of our "New Client Special" for an hour-long private Pilates session for only $50. How to prepare

Activewear that is not bulky is best for Pilates. We love Pilates because you can be barefoot! If you prefer socks, that is fine, but shoes will be left at the door. Be careful with necklaces and keep in mind it would be best not to have them on when you are working on the Reformer. Most clients bring their own water bottles, but we do have filtered water for you. Prior Pilates experience is not mandatory, but suggested. We offer a $50 one-hour private for all new clients. How to get there

We are located on W. Alabama at Greeley in the same building as Siphon Coffee and The Argyle League. The Blue Birds Circle is across the same side of the street. There is parking in our lot as well as street parking.

What is ClassPass?
