CorePower reviews on ClassPass

4.8 out of 5 stars (5000+)
“Honestly this is the best yoga sculpt class I’ve been to at any CorePower ever. The instructor had an amazing sequence, with a strong flow that - before you knew it - we were 3/4 of the way through with class. It was amazing - I’m absolutely exhausted. She kicked our butts!”
“OhEmGee I loved this class. The room is heated so you break a sweat almost immediately and never stop. It was a bit of yoga in the beginning then we switched to moves using the weights, did some cardio and squats (with & without the weights) and then back to yoga poses. It was a great workout and the instructor was awesome. She was encouraging and upbeat and the music selection was great. So much easier to pulse those squats to a beat! I will definitely be back!”
“I really appreciated how the instructor took the time the break down poses and flows, even the basics. It’s great to return to the building blocks and know you’re doing them right. It also made the class friendly to people who are not expert yogis. Very welcoming atmosphere.”
