see all reviewsThis Saturday class is held in the Nave and it’s a bit like the restorative breathwork class where its actually very quiet and individual. I know I was a bit intimidated and wound up going in, but the instructor was so calming. She explained the process and the intentions, guiding us into a relaxed state. There’s vibrational music and incense. Everybody’s got their blanket and bolsters (mats are also provided if you need them). If you’re working through stuff and get emotional or really aware with your body’s misalignment, that’s normal. If you get so relaxed you’re like floating into a sleep state or stasis, that’s ok. The idea is to work out your blockages and feed back into yourself/energy. It’s a safe place by design.

see all reviewsI had only ever attended the HIIT classes, so I was pleasantly surprised. We used bands and weighted balls. It’s starts with breath-work, but then ramps up in difficulty. It’s definitely a good balance between slower movement (flow) and strength/resistance. Ashley was great!

see all reviewsGreat venue. Street parking. Bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need as they don't provide anything. Personally, I don't quite feel it was for beginners as the instructor walked around naming and describing the pose. It helped I have done yoga classes in the past and knew what they were. However, a quick look around and see what everyone else is doing will solve that issue. Would definitely come again.

see all reviewsTook my first class and really enjoyed it! The space was clean and welcoming. Katie is a great instructor and offered a few modifications for each exercise so you could challenge yourself at any fitness level. The heat was nice- not Bikram level hot, just enough to get the muscles nice n warm. My only wish was that the playlist was a little more bangin for a class called "Beat" :)
