see all reviewsAnya was a great instructor. It was my first time attending Swoot and participating in a lagree class. Anya was extremely helpful in explaining the class and encouraging myself & others throughout. I had a great workout and overall experience. I will definitely be returning, and hopefully try other classes Swoot has to offer!

see all reviewsHillary was amazing!! From the moment the class began, her energy was contagious—upbeat and motivating the whole time. She provided clear and detailed cues throughout, making it easy to understand each movement and really focus on form. I loved the incorporation of classical movement + sculpt style. It was a fun, energizing, challenging class, and I’m already looking forward to the next one with her!

And in regard to concerns about music volume if you get in the first two rows esp if your first class then you can hear better. I think if you want to go to yoga for more of a meditative, calming experience this is not for you, but if you enjoy the feeling of challenging yourself and sweating profusely then this is the one for you.
