Yoga Upstairs studio has natural light, bamboo floor and a four panel yoga rope wall. They have ample props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, sand bags and chairs. Yoga mats are also available. So come with an empty stomach, wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothes and enjoy their expert instructors at Yoga Upstairs.

Excellent class - Rebecca is very attentive to all students, making alignment corrections & providing modifications when needed. I loved how you really go into depth with each pose - helps to provide a very solid foundation for yoga.

I love Iyengar yoga - really great for getting back to basics & honing your form & alignment to build a strong yoga foundation. Studio is bright & well-equipped. Blankets & bolsters were clean. Celes was excellent at describing what you should be feeling & what the purpose of the pose was for.

What is ClassPass?
