About this studio

Yoga on the Lane specializes in Vinyasa yoga. Sometimes called Dynamic Hatha or Flow, Vinyasa focuses on graceful, harmonised, often dynamic sequences that look to synchronise mind and body by aligning breath and movement.

How to prepare

This studio has enough mats, blocks and straps for all students so you don’t need to bring anything, just make sure you wear clothes that you can move in easily and bring water!

How to get there

The studio is at 105 Shacklewell Lane, E8 2EB. Smack bang in the heart of Hackney it can be easily reached from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction tube stations, Hackney Downs railway station, and the 30, 56, 67, 76, 149, 242, 243 and 276 bus routes with the 488 stopping just thirty feet from the door.

What is ClassPass?
