Vinyasa Yoga with Nicole
The class was okay, I probably wouldn’t come back here again. But if I did, I wouldn’t forget my mat again as the ones provided are a weird slippery vinyl material that are hard to stand on.
Vinyasa Yoga with Prestonne
It was just what I needed.
Aerial with Sylvia
It was fun to try! great intro class, more so of a deep stretching class.
Hatha Yoga with Jai
Jason was an excellent instructor. I was at the back of the class but could still hear him clearly as he spoke us through every exercise. My only complaint was the woman working at the front of studio who welcomed was not very friendly or warm.
Therapeutic Yoga/Pilates with Colleen
The instructor seemed great but the class was VERY crowded. There didn’t seem to be an attendance cap and the studio just kept letting people in until there was no more room.
Yin Yoga with Rita
So relaxing. The perfect mid-week class.
Aerial with Sylvia
So fun!
Yin Yoga with Jada
Relaxing class and nice studio. Would like to try some of the other yoga classes they provide as well.
Hatha Yoga with Nancy
The instructor was hard to hear if you were in the back of class I think only as she was doing all the poses herself.
Aerial with Sylvia
great class! there were a lot of people struggling this time tho. if you are scared of not having your feet on the ground, are not coordinated or struggle understanding instructions, you may want to think twice about this class.
