Back Work
Signed up for a back care class but they changed the schedule to an advanced Hatha class. I told them I was a beginner and they said it would be okay. And although the instructor offered some modifications, the class was obviously geared towards students with much more experience and all in all way too fast paced and challenging for a beginner. Not the experience even though the instructor seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.
Yoga Flux

Power 1

Power 1
class was great but 60 min is not enough for power yoga. lots of poses we tend to skip or rush due to time.
