STRONG by Zumba
Great class! Wonderful instructor and the gym is a very positive, empowering environment. But the class isn’t Zumba at all!
Yogalates
Nice teacher, basic class, one of the grungier studios on Classpass. Okay if you only have 5 credits left. Nice front desk staff.
Step & Sculpt
Fun class. A little difficult to follow the steps but I’m sure that’ll improve with practice. Nice facility.
Piloxing
Great workout, but the Pilates part of the program was less developed than the boxing. Needed more attention paid to Pilates form

Really loved the flow of the class and the instructor was great.
STRONG by Zumba
Great workout! Instructor was upbeat and interactive. Moves were a little hard to follow, but Dawn did a great job showing modifications for all the different levels. I’ll definitely be a regular!
Zumba
I would have preferred if the class was fully zumba instead of half Zumba half strong.
Step & Sculpt
The gym was incredible, but the class was very fast paced and not a lot of instruction was given for newbies. I’d say if you’ve never stepped before, step out of this class! If you have stepped before, you’ll love it and love steve.

What is ClassPass?
