About this studio
Westcoast Yoga & Wellness is the evolution of Westcoast Hot Yoga . Our classes are designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in order to assist in natural stretching and to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. We offer a wide variety of classes to accommodate all kinds of different students. Known since 2003 for our original HOT we have evolved to a studio offering 11 types of yoga, from our popular 60 minute WC Hot class, YIN , Flow, Restorative , kundalini, Warm power and HOT Zen, we have a class for all. Numerous Workshops and Teacher Trainings offered monthly.

How to prepare
First time to our studio, please be 10 minutes early to fill in our waiver or download our APP to save time. Dress for Yoga, and bring water, towels and mat to practice OR they are all available for rent at the studio .
How to get there
We are located at 101-1461 Johnston Rd in Whiterock in the ground floor of the first Miramar Tower. We are entered into from the inside courtyard of the 2 Mirimar towers just of Russell Avenue, across from the Wooden Spoon, and the Whiterock community centre. Russell showcases the Whaling wall on the corner building and is known as the street for Whiterocks Farmers Market Sundays in the summer. We have free underground parking under the community centre tower.
