About this studio

Original boutique style workouts influenced by Hollywood training methods to design authentically beautiful bodies through HIIT and body sculpting classes. Try our new HIIT - The Bench class for a HIIT workout like you’ve never experienced. Our West Coast Barre class is guaranteed to be the sweatiest barre class in town (wear your workout shoes!). Barre Interval is a fast paced cardio/sculpting class with our weighted 4 lb. ball. Lift class keeps the cardio/sculpt platform utilizing hand weights to lengthen and tone. Best of the West incorporates segments from Barre, Lift and Barre Interval for a challenging mix of all 3!

How to prepare

Bring your own towel! The studio sells water, tonics, and enhanced waters. They provide yoga mats for the yoga classes. PLEASE NOTE: Barre classes require shoes

Tough class but would definitely recommend!

Marla-Deen was friendly and encouraging. The workout was good and low impact as promised. The studio is small but attractive.

This class is upbeat and fast paced. Overall it's a good class, but recently it's to crowded and you cant make full movements without feeling like you are going to run into the person next to you.

Fantastic energy and a lot of fun...Thank you Tammy...I will definitely be back! Ovrerall great workout and facility. I had to also use the shower before work and the shower area was perfect.

Such a fun workout! Tammy was full of energy and gave great cues. They only have 1 shower but its super nice and the getting ready area is very spacious.
West Coast Interval with Kasi
Ive taken other classes at this gym but today was my first with Kasi. Great cardio and strength combo. Kasi corrected form and made sure we profited from the workout. I will return!
Dance Fit with Zakiya
Good energy and great if you want choreography. I prefer Zumba-style because it keeps your heart rate up for more cardio.

Zakiyas class was on FIRE! She has such great energy and rhythm. It makes the workout go by in a breeze. I also love that she takes the time to correct form if she sees people struggling with an exercise. Literally nothing could be improved about the class. Some feedback that might be helpful for the owner is that several times, no one has shown up to let people in until right when the class starts or even after. There may need to be a front desk staff person that gets there 20-30 mins before the class starts to let people in.

Great class. Challenging and not intimidating. Marla Deen is an excellent, energetic instructor.
