About this studio

WellFIT Private Fitness and Rehab is a 4000 square foot private training facility located in the Heart of Castle Hills. WellFIT offers an array of wellness services including: functional training, nutrition and life coaching, small group fitness classes, contest preparation services and athletic conditioning for all levels. Several group fitness classes are offered throughout the day. Rest assured you will always obtain a safe and efficient training session that will exceed all of your goals.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes. We have bottled water and organic energy drinks available for purchase. Water fountain available His and Hers Bathrooms available. Come in..sign the visitor sign up sheet near the office..and if you are early..feel free to hop on a machine for a warmup, roll out on a foam roller, stretch and get ready!!!

How to get there

WellFIT is conveniently located in Castle Hills. Close to 410, I10, 1604 and 281 at 1919 Lockhill-Selma Road Suite 101. On Lockhill-Selma close to West Avenue.

Only worked lower body. Workout was supposed to be 45 minutes but was only like 32

We always appreciate every participants feedback. Each Fitcamp day emphasis on specific muscle groups, so not to overtrain all the body parts. Classes will end early if the participants or particpants are getting lighted headed and/or sick while training. If this happens more then twice during a session. The class is ended for the particpant or particpants. This is more for your safety then anything We strive to never overtain anyone to point of complete exhaustion, dizziness, and nausea, You are always welcome to attend another class on another day, so you can experience the full Fitcamp class.

Patty is amazing, she really knows her stuff! Such personal attention through this session- I was super fortunate to be flying solo. I felt even better than a massage when I left. 10:10 will be back to try other sessions at this cool little gym

What is ClassPass?
