About this studio

Unit 2 Fitness is Atlanta's premier Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit gym. They were designed to do what no other gym can, and their record of training award-winning fighters and athletes speaks for itself.

How to prepare

Where comfortable workout clothes. No shoes are allowed on the kickboxing, Muay Thai or BJJ mats, but please bring shoes or flip flops to walk around off the mats and in the restrooms. We keep our mats very clean. Shoes are mandatory for CrossFit classes. If taking a Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or Boxing class please bring gloves. If you do not have any we rent them here for $2, $1 for hand wraps if you need them (not mandatory).

How to get there

The entrance to the Parking Lot is on Penn Ave. Do NOT park at the Dialysis Clinic above the gym as you will be towed. The parking lot can get full and street parking is by permit only on Penn Ave from Ponce to 5th street. So arrive early or if the lot is full you can park on Penn or Myrtle but past 5th street.

I loved this class. I had never really taken a kickboxing class before, so I was a little worried I'd be struggling to keep up with the class, but the trainer was awesome about taking time to cue me through the movements and check in on me. I also liked that the bag work was broken up with short bodyweight/agility stuff (pushups, jump squats etc).

What is ClassPass?
