About this studio
The Ultimate Park Gym is London's first pop-up park gym, which is located at Highbury Fields in Islington. Our Boot camp/HIIT sessions is the perfect combination of high intensity interval training, that consists of short bursts of intense exercise followed by smaller periods of rest. It’s incredible for toning, fat loss and overall cardiovascular fitness. Boot camps on the other hand, involves heavier weights and focuses more on core strength through using your body or free weights to increase resistance. Blending the two means that we have HIIT movements which slim you down, plus bootcamp style exercises which help you develop lean muscle, essential for boosting your metabolic rate for a longer period of time.traindirtylondon.com+44 20 7609 3012

How to prepare
Please bring with you bottled water and a small towel for the Ultimate Park Gym sessions. Depending on the time of the year please bring extra layers in the winter months and also light breathable sports clothes in the summer months. It is important that you show up to your class well hydrated and fueled. Try to eat at least two hours before your session, not right before.
