About this studio

Our mission is to get you training harder and smarter than ever before. Expect an upbeat, intense session that will fatigue the muscles, raise your heart-rate and boost your resting metabolism for up to 24 hours post workout. Classes are small (4-12 max), the results almighty. We have 5 classes to choose from:- Power Plate, TRX, Boxing, HiPer Zone Circuits ENDURANCE, SPEED & POWER and Reformer Pilates Chair. We also offer Personal Training, Massage Therapy and Nutrition Consultations.

How to prepare

For our Boxing Classes we provide gloves, please bring hand-wraps or purchase a pair in studio for £4.00. For the Pilates Chair class please wear trainers Double showers with Aromatherapy Associates shower gel. Hair dryer and towels. Pre order your Juice or smoothie from the Recovery Cafe or try one of our delicious raw snacks, all freshly made on site.

How to get there

Tube Stations: 2 minutes walk from Parsons Green. 15 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway. 2 minutes walk from New Kings Road. 8 minutes walk from Fulham Road. We have a few cycle racks at the studio. Parking: Available in roads locally but there are some restrictions in place so please beware. £1.40 per 1/2 hour.

What is ClassPass?
