About this studio

Have you been to a group fitness class at a regular gym? Well, this is nothing like that boring crap. At Total Training, our group H.I.I.T. classes are more like a party, but without all that awkwardness and booze. Total Training is the ultimate mash-up of ridiculous humans, serious fitness techniques, and a wildly supportive community. If you feel like you've tried everything and still have not found your fitness tribe, look no further. Welcome to the cult. With over a 1,000 workouts, every day is different. Plus, we feature a different theme every day as well; ensuring that you will never get bored and results continue to happen. Classes are high energy and provide you with a chance to push yourself safely and effectively toward your goals.

Pretty crowded cardio circuit class with very little space. I wish the gym was larger cause it feels like you’re exercising on top of someone. I wouldn’t say this is high intensity, more strength training than anything else. Good workout none the less.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
