About this studio
These are not your typical gym classes! All Thrive Pilates instructors are fully certified and offer challenging & effective classes that will tone and strengthen your entire body. Pilates isn't the only offering on their daily schedule though - they offer a variety of classes for all skill levels in barre, Piloxing and other cardio-based classes as well. They focus on providing their clients with a challenging practice in a warm, welcoming studio with vibrant and dedicated community. How to prepare
Mats and props are provided for all classes. Socks are optional for Pilates. For barre classes, you may purchase grippy socks (optional) or weighted gloves (optional) at the front desk. For cardio classes, please bring a towel and water - it gets hot! Sneakers are required for Thrive Cardio Sculpt and Zumba!
How to get there
We are located on Walnut St. between 20th and 21st streets (2016), above the spa. Upon arrival, press the buzzer button that says, "YP classes." Please check in at the front desk on the 2nd floor, after which you will be directed up just one more floor to the Pilates studio If it is your first time at the studio, please arrive for class 10-15 minutes early. Upon entering the check-in area, please remove your shoes.
