About this studio

These are not your typical gym classes! All Thrive Pilates instructors are fully certified and offer challenging & effective classes that will tone and strengthen your entire body. Pilates isn't the only offering on their daily schedule though - they offer a variety of classes for all skill levels in barre, TRX and more! They focus on providing their clients with a challenging practice in a warm, welcoming studio with vibrant and dedicated community. Whatever your wellness goal is, there is definitely a class (or two) at Thrive that will help you achieve it! 267 457 5745

How to prepare

Mats and props are provided for all classes.  Socks are optional for Pilates. For barre classes, you may purchase grippy socks (optional) or weighted gloves (optional) at the front desk. For cardio classes, please bring a towel and water - it gets hot!  Sneakers are required for Thrive Cardio Sculpt and TRX.

How to get there

We are located on Walnut St. between 20th and 21st streets (2016), above the spa. Upon arrival, press the buzzer button that says, "YP group classes." Please check in at the front desk on the 2nd floor, after which you will be directed up just one more floor to the Pilates studio If it is your first time at the studio, please arrive for class 10-15 minutes early. Upon entering the check-in area, please remove your shoes.

This was my first pilates class and Kate was an amazing instructor! She began the class by being mindful of any injuries her class might have and gave positive reinforcement and guidance so the hour flew by. I've never experienced such a fun class and will definitely be coming back.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
