How to prepare

Bring a yoga mat for yoga classes and SPD spin shoes or normal sneakers for cycling classes! Thrill does not have LOOK clips. No equipment necessary for Gym Time!

Great class! Chelsea really works out those legs. Gym is to validate your parking ticket but although I have them my ticket, it wasn’t validated and ended up having to pay for parking...not happy

Ryan was an excellent trainer. Even with only a quarter of the room filled, he kept the energy up. I was a beginner to spin cycle, and I felt like I could do it. You have control over the resistance and how hard you want to push yourself. Great cardio and leg workout!
Adrenaline Barre with Elma
Elma is amazing. Wonderful energy, welcoming and encouraging. This class is good for beginners and for those a bit more advanced than that, as well. She can get tougher, but I think she modifies based on the overall performance of the class that evening.Or she will suggests modifications and you can do the exercise at your own pace/intensity.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
