see all reviewsI wasn’t sure what to expect but the class was awesome! We warmed up with some agility drills and got to mitt with Coach Raf, work on combos and do some kicking drills. I was really excited they added striking classes in addition to jiu jitsu classes bc I usually just roll here. I used to box more often and just getting back into it, this is the perfect class. I’ll def be adding this on to my workout regimen.
