About this studio

The TreadBarre combines heart-pumping cardio with our PilatesBarre method for a high-energy class. This amazing combination, paired with fun upbeat music will ensure a great workout for your entire body. Using the Woodway 4Front Treadmill, Pilates Chair, Spring Board and Free Weight exercises, they've taken fitness to the next level!

How to prepare

Tennis shoes are required for class at The TreadBarre. Towels are provided. Water is available for purchase. New clients must arrive 10 minutes before class starts and must sign a waiver.

Can’t get enough!

The workout itself was great however the experience/studio is sub par at best. The place is humid, stuff and smells. There is no ventilation. The speakers are mumbled where it was hard to understand what the instructor was saying. The floor smells like sweat and the real kicker is you have to walk down the block to get WATER because there is no water fountain in the studio. I thought the girl was kidding when she said that. A treadmill based workout without a water station? Insane. They need to rethink that one big time.

Loved that you get 30 min of cardio in at this class! Plus you doing 30 min of HIIT style workouts! Intense!!!

Always the best workout! It was a little hard to hear the instructor this time. Maybe the microphone volume needs to be adjusted? Didn’t take away from the class though. Just had to look at what everyone else was doing a few times!

What is ClassPass?
