The Vortex: Powerfully Shifting Your Energy- Flow with Ryan
Ryan has something about him that makes everyone in the class feel so empowered and strong and able. He also likes to use partner and team work that helps break down the awkward sometimes pretentious barriers that can often be found in yoga studios. I have nothing but good things to say about this class! Go try it and see for yourself!!

You really feel the burn and stretches in this class. It's a good mix between high energy and giving your body a break too through different yoga movements. I highly suggest it. Everyone I have brought to this class has loved it.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. Please do not apply perfume or heavy lotions prior to class. In the studio, please no food, no gum, no glass, and water bottles must be sealed. Please remove shoes before entering the studio and place your objects into the lockers provided at the back.

How to get there

The Peaceful Peacock is located at 2500 Curry Ford Rd Orlando, FL Parking is available out front, on the Jessamine Avenue side and all down Jessamine.
