About this studio

The Movement Clinic is a small private Personal Training studio. The ethos of the clinic is to provide high quality training, paying attention to correct movements and personalising each class according to each participant ability with correct technique in-order to achieve goals. Classes are designed with group personal training in mind by the founder of the Clinic Lee Irvine and delivered either by him or by highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainers under the ethos of the Clinic.

How to prepare

Please arrive 5minutes before, to get you ready for the class and for the instructor to get a chance to know you a little if you are new at the Clinic. We have a shower and changing room. There are towels for hire and you can purchase water in the clinic.

How to get there

There is a superstore three minutes walk away from the clinic where parking is free for 3 hours.

You can see how he genuinely cares about people and cares about doing things right in-order to get most out of your session and to prevent injury or find other ways to get the workout done around injuries and even gives tips to do at home to rehabilitate injuries.
