This is the most challenging barre class I’ve taken! I have been getting through barre classes at other studios barely breaking a sweat. That was NOT the case here! Mel B kicked my B!

Loved this! Trena was amazing and it was incredibly upbeat with a lot of alterations for different skill levels.
MOVE: Stretch & Core with Chad
So helpful! Harder than I thought it was going to be! I liked that the instructor helped me with the positions and exercises we were doing to make sure I was doing them right - that’s what I need! I have a bad back and I think this will help. Not intense, but a full body stretching workout
MUSCLE: Barrelates with Melody
The programming was a bit busy. It was like the instructor packed all the most explosive moves she could think of into the workout which made it feel all over the place more than helpfully challenging. It was also hard to see her from any direction other than the front and hear her over the music.
MIND: Hip Hop Yoga with Emily
Emily is super nice and understanding of different body abilities and is super encouraging. I like her balance of guidance and explanations of what to focus on in a movement. And the hip hop is really cool element, I was wondering if it would be distracting but it wasn’t! It enhanced it for me!
MUSCLE: Barrelates with Melody
Love, love love Melody!! This is the perfect workout. It’s more like barre boot camp. You’ll get some great cardio in before hitting the barre. Highly recommended ????

I was super disappointed in this class! There was no flow to it, and the instructor would just stop the song and start a new one at each section. I barely felt challenged and didn’t break a sweat. Won’t do this one again :(

Kelsey is amazing! She keeps the energy so high all class and keeps you motivated. Her class is a great combo of cardio and strength, she’s my favorite instructor at LB!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
