At the fit Project, they aren't personal trainers, they are movement coaches. Their mission is to teach clients about their body by maximising their movement and functionality. For some this may translate into weight loss, for others it is gaining strength and size. Their instructors don't offer quick fixes, but they do guarantee results through time, patience and positivity.

Yoga
The instructor is great, and there is a good focus on strength in this class too
ENDURO
Great workout, high intensity class with some resistance added. The structure allowed you to go your own pace whilst maintaining the challenge.
FORCE
I loved loved loved the team and the workout and everyone at the fit project tonight. Even though it was my first visit they made me feel part of the family and I will be coming back! Even told my husband to come along next time!

Perfect HIT class for all levels. Was a sweaty work out! The guys there really know what they are doing and the environment is great. Will go again.
Yoga
It was challenging and more strength-focused than what I see in most yoga classes. I think that was really good. We practiced hand poses as well which was different and challenging. Loved it :)

What is ClassPass?
