About this studio

The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. Light weights are utilized to define the upper body while mat and ballet barre work target the thighs, seat and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternatively stretched to lengthen the muscles.

How to prepare

Please bring grippy socks. For Fusion specifically, bring a towel and water in addition to your grip socks. New students will not be admitted to class late and returning clients will not be admitted 10 minutes after class starts for 60-minute classes and 5 minutes after class starts for 45-minute classes.

How to get there

The studio entrance is on Electric Avenue right next door to Intelligentsia Coffee Shop's back entrance. The cross streets are California Ave and Santa Clara Ave. There is public parking in front of the studio on Electric Ave as well as residential parking on the surrounding streets.

Wednesday interval at 7:15am. The music has been the same for ~2 years. I keep coming back hoping my comment has been incorporated but sadly it has not. Can we please get some new music?

Jai was great! A lot of barre classes can be more quad dominant versus Glute activation but my glutes are so sore! Loved her exercises and the class!

What is ClassPass?
