How to prepare

Suspended Yoga Classes & Suspended Dance classes require sleeves. No tank tops. If you forget your mat no worries they are available at no extra charge.

BUTI Yoga with Theresa
Super fun class! I like the creative mix of cardio, full body, breathwork and yoga. I went in with tight shoulders and left feeling relaxed and a little sweaty. Has a tribal dance feel with rhythmic movements to hip hop/pop fusion music throughout. Theresa has great energy.
Pilates Springboard with Leslie
Leslie was great ! She’s energetic , thoroughly explains exercises and gives us enough push to challenge ourselves during the class.

What is ClassPass?
