About this studio

The 12’s Group Training Classes target alternating muscle groups each day, challenging participants to perform body part specific, multi-directional movements utilizing free weights, resistance bands and body weight. The high intensity interval workouts which ignite results beyond traditional bootcamp or crossfit programs turn members into raving fans. Designed for everyone from those who have no knowledge on working out to professional athletes.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes.

The 12 - Huntington Beach is located at 7362 Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach, California. There is a large parking lot with an entrance at the rear of the building.

A bit hard for beginners - the instructor explained every single exercise at the start of class and didn’t give much direction after that. Spent a lot of time looking at everyone in class and copied what they were doing. Gym smells horrible too, wish they’d at least try to mask it with air freshener or something. But great music, great work out, and great classmates.

Good workout. You will sweat and feel it as long as you give it effort. Pay attention when the coach explains the moves in the beginning of class. Extremely clean, good equipment, nice bathrooms/locker rooms, showers, water, and protein drinks etc available for purchase.
